Zinfandel Blush wine is not a dry to sweet wine. Zinfandel is not a grape variety but a method of processing of the Zinfandel grapes. This rose wine comes from California. I Taste: Big and intense with red fruit flavours of raspberry and cranberry and rich juicy flavours of blackberry and plum, accompanied by the spiciness of pepper, clove and cinnamon. I Body: Full I Tannin: Medium to high I Acidity: Medium to High I Age: Best enjoyed within a few years of release, but the highest quality wines age well.
