      Nebbiolo (neh-B’YO-low)

The Nebbiolo red wine is native to northern Italy. This red wine has a great amount of acidity, tannies and earth flavors.

Aromas of cherry and violets are followed by red fruit flavors of strawberries, plums and red cherries. As it matures it develops a classic aroma of ‘tar and roses’ with notes of herbs, leather, wood smoke, mushrooms and truffles.

      : High

      Acidity: High

Age: Nebbiolo can be drunk within three to four years but the finest wines, and those made in the traditional manner (aged in large old oak casks), need several years to develop and mature.

      I recommend this product

The package arrived on time and I am pleased with the product. The instructions for processing were a bit brief but understandable. I also ordered some wine bottle labels but they have not yet arrived.

Nebbiolo medium bodied makes a great batch of wine

The small 20 pound box came quickly, and super well packaged. It makes a nice tasty sip along evening glass of wine. I make two at a time and get around 26-28 bottles from each box, and wait about 3-4 months to get it tasting super smooth with slightly enhanced flavors, but still very good after only 30 days. I make sure I put in good water, the yeast, and keep it around 72-76 degrees F for the 30 days and Its go. I have made it dozens of times, easy, tasty, and saves money. Enjoy

this Nebbiolo(nobel grapes of the fog) tastes great and easy to make

Came super well packaged, and came in 8 days to USA West Coast. I stirred in the Bentonite (included) with purified Berkey water with the concentrate to about 6 gallons in a 6.5 gallon pail(not included). .Threw yeast(included) on top, loosely put lid on. 14 days I racked it and spun with a electric drill with a big paint stirrer for 8 min. then added the small clarifier. 15th day stirred in the larger clarifier. On about the 30th day I racked it again, stirred in the Potasium Sorbate and bottled it 2hr. later. I got 13 double bottles out of it, 12 to store a couple of months, and 1 to drink right away, and it was supprisingly fine to drink about a week later. One of my wife's favorites, as she also likes their Pinot and Gamay. Simply put, a great tasking, all around wine, not $20 a bottle, but about $2 with a little loving labor to make. Goes well with any of our meals, and a nice sipper at Wine Time.
