So far so good
Just received the kits and haven't had time to start fermenting. Looks good so far, I let you know in 6 weeks.
Superb, medium body, borderline sweet. Hints of sage, honeysuckle, and oak. A nice stand alone wine but I see it complimenting salmon, lobster, and other sea foods. I added 2 lbs. of Domino granulated sugar at first ferment then followed with roasted American oak chips during the secondary ferment. Beginning, to first glass, was 44 days.
This kit is pretty simple from start to finish. The end product is excellent this is my 10t batch. You’ll like

Good product. I Oakes mine for a little more depth of flavor but yummy either way
Best White Wine
The kit is straight forward with simple detailed instructions. Once bottled it’s excellent. Note I let mine age approximately 60 days. It will easily compete with those in the market
