Now my go-to kit

I used to buy the WineLovers Cab-Sauv all the time but tried the Corvina and have settled on this one now.

Great Amarone

The Amarone kit is great. I added some raisins and a couple of other dried fruits in the primary to simulate the real Amarone process and I think I accomplished my goal. Now waiting for time in the bottle to see if in fact I did. The labels and toppers made a nice presentation.

First time making Corvina

I've been making the heavy bodied Cab Sauv for years but decided to give this a try. It is still bulk aging but I like it and have two more on the go right now. I'll probably continue making both.

Nice kit!

This is a great kit. I started it 10 days ago and had to add a small amount of water to get to the 6-gallon kit. I love the aroma as it is fermenting.
