Cabernet Sauvignon Winemaking Kit

Excellent and easy kit for a delicious wine

I received the well packaged box in about a week (Pacific NW). not bad from eastern Canada. I start with 5 3.4 gallons of filtered (Berkey) water and the concentrate. Rack after 10 days, rack again after about 20 days and spin 3-4 min. every 3 hr 5 or 6 times with my $4 5 gallon paint mixer I got online I think at Homedepot, and electric drill. (fun, and degasses wine so you don't have to wait years to drink it, only days. Yes. I Rack when I bottle in 30 days or so and I get around 23 to 25 bottles of that rich, delicious Cab I sampled at expensive wine tastings.
